We're looking for a business development leader who can drive our growth in the workforce management space. You'll own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to close to post-sale relationships, while building strategic partnerships that expand our client base and partner ecosystem.
Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of experience in an AE role with a proven track record selling enterprise solutions from WorkForce Software, ADP, SAP, UKG, Workday, Dayforce, or Ceridian. Deep HCM/WFM market knowledge and a strong existing network are non-negotiable. We also welcome those in a BDR or ARM position seeking a stretch role to apply.
This is a remote position (travel required) with a competitive base and uncapped commission. You'll shape our growth trajectory in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment where your expertise directly impacts our success.
