A consulting practice shaped by experience

New Entity HCM was created to fill a significant experience gap in the ADP WorkForce Suite implementation space. Our founders saw the market shifting in the direction of treating complex enterprise implementations as "commodity work" that could be staffed by inexperienced resources and sold to the lowest bidder, which consistently led to delays, budget overruns, and chaotic go-lives.
