A consulting practice shaped by experience
We started this company because we'd seen too many promising implementations fall short, not because of the people involved, but because of the process around them.
Most of the New Entity HCM team spent years inside WorkForce Suite delivery before this company existed. Complex projects, difficult clients, rules that had never been written down because nobody had needed to explain them until now. We know how these projects run when they're working, and we know exactly where they start to break.
The pattern was always the same. Clients who had invested heavily in a platform they believed in, handed to teams that didn't know it well enough to deliver on that promise. Senior expertise that disappeared after the sale. Go-lives that happened without regard to whether anyone was genuinely ready.
New Entity HCM exists because we'd seen what good looked like and knew it wasn't being done consistently. We built this firm around the conviction that the right team, staying on a project from start to finish, changes the outcome every time.

We started this firm because we knew the work could be done better. That belief drives every engagement we take on: how we staff it, how we run it, and when we're willing to push back to protect the outcome. If something doesn't make implementations better for the clients going through them, we don't do it.

Lou Alicegary
Managing Partner - US
Lou has spent a decade inside WorkForce Suite delivery, including several years in WorkForce Software's own professional services division working directly with clients and training consultants across five continents. Along with his co-founder Kam, he built New Entity HCM around the belief that clients deserved a team that took the outcome as seriously as they did.
Kam Chan
Managing Partner - Canada
Kam brings 12 years of WorkForce Suite and SAP implementation experience to every engagement, with a considerable track record in managing global implementations. As a co-founder with Lou, he still leads client engagements today — which means when New Entity HCM makes a commitment, one of the people who built this firm is accountable for keeping it.
Nate Adams
Practice Director
Nate spent over 11 years at WorkForce Software's Livonia headquarters in roles spanning consulting management and Center of Excellence leadership. He joined New Entity HCM to focus on what he does best: leading clients with genuinely complex requirements to outcomes they can rely on as the steward of “the New Entity Way.”
Robert Dunn
Director of Business Development
Robert was in the room when WorkForce Software was building its early market presence as sales hire #2. He has spent 25 years helping C-suite and senior leaders connect complex workforce challenges to the right technology outcomes, and joined New Entity HCM to do that for the firm's next chapter.
Ayden Hodgins
Director of Technology
Ayden has spent a decade implementing and supporting WorkForce Suite across more than 30 client engagements, building deep expertise in both the functional and technical sides of the platform. He leads some of New Entity HCM's most complex implementations and is the architect behind Gather, New Entity HCM’s implementation intelligence tool.
Tonya Ritter
Director of Operations
Tonya spent nine years as a Director at WorkForce Software managing their SI-led project portfolio before joining New Entity HCM. She now oversees NEH’s project portfolio and overall operations, bringing the same standard she held partners to at WorkForce Software to every engagement that runs through this firm.
