We are currently prioritizing our search for a:
DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
We’re seeking an experienced Director of Business Development to lead our growth strategy and expand our client base. This role will be instrumental in identifying new opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth within the WorkForce management software ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to expand our WorkForce Software implementation services
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with organizations seeking WorkForce management solutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with WorkForce Software and other key technology partners
Lead the entire sales cycle from prospecting through contract negotiation and close and owning strategic client relationships post-sale
Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure seamless transition from sales to implementation
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions
Develop accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports for leadership
Mentor and guide sales team members as the organization grows
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in a Business Development Representative (BDR), Account Relationship Manager (ARM), or Account Executive (AE) role
Proven track record selling solutions from one or more of the following: WorkForce Software, ADP, SAP, UKG, Workday, Dayforce, Ceridian
Deep understanding of WorkForce management and HCM software markets
Demonstrated success in consultative, solution-based selling
Strong existing network within the HCM/WFM software ecosystem
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Experience managing complex, enterprise-level sales cycles
Self-motivated with ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
Direct experience with WorkForce Software products
Established relationships with potential client organizations
Background in professional services or consulting
Experience selling implementation and consulting services (not just software licenses)

New Entity HCM Project Managers are at the forefront of delivering smooth and successful WorkForce Software implementations for our customers.
You will oversee timelines, resources and delivery while collaborating closely with customers to ensure their business goals are understood and met. You will facilitate key project initiatives and serve as a strategic partner to both customers and internal stakeholders.
In every interaction, you will represent New Entity with professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to delivering value.
FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT
As a Functional Consultant, you'll play a key role in delivering a seamless implementation experience for our customers.
From discovery through deployment, you'll lead projects by facilitating requirements sessions, designing and configuring tailored WorkForce Software solutions, and ensuring alignment with customer goals.
You'll set clear expectations, proactively manage risks, and serve as a trusted advisor, guiding our customers and internal teams to successful outcomes.
TECHNICAL CONSULTANT
Our technical consultants are utility players who can work on advanced configuration, integrations, reports, and add-on modules like advanced scheduler and act.
You’ll be expected to uphold the customer-centric values that New Entity HCM is known for in advocating for the needs of our clients.
For this role, New Entity hires for work ethic, customer service, and raw, logical intelligence. We love experience, but in this role, we are open to career changers who reflect these characteristics, as NEH boasts the best trainers in the space who can get new hires up to speed quickly.
FULL-STACK DEVELOPER

If you're interested in building the next generation of timekeeping and scheduling solutions alongside our team, we’re the place.
Familiarity with node.js and javascript frameworks, along with sql knowledge, is critical. Experience implementing time and scheduling applications is a plus, but not required.
